ISTDP is a comprehensive healing modality that encompasses body, mind, and emotions that gets to the origin of the patient’s symptoms and suffering by accessing the unconscious, replacing their protective strategies with life giving alternatives by growing capacity for feelings and self understanding.

My traumatic background led me to a lifetime path of studying the healing arts, eventually finding ISTDP which had a profound effect on my life as a patient and clinician and inspired me to share this efficacious therapy with others.

The why of it:
